Prohibited content
- It is prohibited to publish, post, upload, store, distribute, provide access to, or otherwise use any information and materials of the following nature:
- Indecent or vulgar materials containing pornographic and/or sexually explicit scenes (texts, images, audio, or video), descriptions of illegal sexual acts, and other actions that contradict the norms of public morality and are prohibited by the laws of the country.
- Violating the rights and legitimate interests of minors, promoting pedophilia, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or sexual coercion.
- Containing scenes of cruelty to animals.
- Containing descriptions of means and methods of suicide, or any incitement to commit it.
- Promoting and/or contributing to incitement of racial, religious, or ethnic hatred or enmity, promoting fascism or ideologies of superiority based on any criteria: race, nationality, gender, age, physical or mental disability, status, religious preferences, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Politically oriented materials that incite political and ideological enmity.
- Materials promoting non-traditional sexual relationships aimed at forming a distorted understanding of the social equivalence of traditional and non-traditional sexual relationships, or at generating interest in such relationships.
- Containing extremist information.
- Promoting criminal activity or containing advice, instructions, or guidelines for committing criminal acts.
- Containing restricted access information, including but not limited to state and commercial secrets, information about the private lives of third parties.
- Containing advertisements or describing the attractiveness of drug use, including "digital drugs" (information about drug distribution, recipes for their manufacture, and advice on use).
- Fraudulent information.
- Containing obscene language, if such materials are made publicly available to all categories of citizens (messages and comments on user messages, reviews and critiques of books, etc.); if obscene language is present in the author's content (work), access to it must be restricted for citizens under 18 years of age, and the information about the work, as well as its printed version, must contain a note about the presence of obscene language.
